1. Quang Noodle
Quang Noodle Da Nang is dish must eat when visiting Da Nang. Quang noodle soups differ than most normal noodle soups in that the noodle is thick and coarse, the soups have just enough broth to barely cover the noodles, create the soul of bowls of noodles. 2. Pork rice paper roll
It does not require a fussy process, but very simple and easy to eat. Danang pork and vegetables wrapped in soft rice paper is famous for selected materials thoroughly which makes perfect taste for the dish. Pork butt or shoulder portion only, then steaming them slightly to keep the sweetness. Served with vegetables must be fresh, green, not wilted including salad, basil, lettuce, green onions, herbs, bitter herbs, bean sprouts, white banana flower, cucumber, banana… The most special thing of this dish is fish sauce which make the dish unforgettable and nothing else can replace it.

3. Banh Xeo (iterally “sizzling crepes”)
Banh xeo, literally "sizzling crepes" is named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet are Vietnamese savoury fried pancakes made of rice flour, water, turmeric powder, stuffed with slivers of fatty pork, fresh shrimp, diced green onion, and bean sprouts.

With characteristic flavor of “Banh Xeo”, combined with special sauce - “Tương sauce” will arouse the curiosity of the guests "gourmet"

4. Fish cake noodle soup
This is a famous morning dish in Danang. Its main ingredient is steamed or fried grilled fish, and the broth is made from tomato, pineapple, pumpkin, bamboo shoot and other herbs.

Bun cha ca is well-known and distinctive in Central Vietnam where fishery is one of the most vital professions of the local people. The fish are thus always fresh and best in quality. Bún chả cá is tasty and nutritious at a low price. So what more can you ask for!

5. Bun Mam
“Bun mam” is made out of vermicelli, pork or roasted pork, vegetables, unripe jackfruit, roasted peanuts and, of course, anchovy fish sauce.

As the name suggests, the exquisiteness of this dish depends mostly on its anchovy fish sauce. Originally “Bun mam” is accompanied with boiled pork, and other alternatives include roasted pork or “ nem chua” (fermented pork roll).

Of course it can't go without the special chili jam which is a trademark of the central region. It is very easy to make a bowl of “Bun mam”, but not as easy to make a good one.

6. Da Nang Chicken Rice
This dish is quite popular. The roasted chicken is well-flavoured, juicy, crispy and not very greasy, excellently combined with colored rice, chili sauce (not hot at all - more like tomato sauce), fresh tomato, cucumber and salad. The rice is cooked with chicken stock, thus has a very nice flavour and taste. You can choose to order either chicken wing (cánh) or leg (đùi).

7. Bánh bèo “Beo Cake”
“Banh beo” is made simply: powdered rice soak into water for several minutes to have liquid. Then, mix with a little grease and pour into small cups. Enjoying “banh beo” properly is in each small cup, not in the bowl or plate as some restaurant, hotels.

The delicious “banh beo” is thanks to the shrimp, especially the sauce. Firstly, “nuoc mam” mixes with grease, sugar, garlic, chili and shrimp which create the unique flavor. When eating “banh beo”, people not use chopsticks but small bamboo stick. It is great when using it with spicy sauce - the sweetness of shrimp mixed with the flavor of garlic, chili… gives us unforgettable impressions.

8. Spring rolls
You know, this dish is one of the popular snacks of Da Nang City. And almost local people here usually enjoy this dish in the evening after hard working day because it is not only cheap but also delicious and delightful.

The fillings of spring rolls include vermicelli, mince, mushroom, and spring onion. These fillings are wrapped in a layer of popiah spring roll pastry and then fried until the color of spring rolls turn into yellow. A spring roll is only 4-5cm in length, quite tiny, and crispy.

We have a lot of different ways to enjoy the spring rolls but the popular way is to wrap them in green mustard leaves and some papaya pickles. The combination of the aroma of spring rolls and the spiciness of mustard greens is perfect. I am sure that you will never forget the taste of this dish at the first time you enjoy.

9. Grilled Beef Da Nang - Cha Bo
Grilled beef or Cha Bo is in the top of 50 the most delicious food in Vietnamese record book. Cha bo is make from 100% of fresh beef and spices which has particular color and smell. Cha Bo has pink color not like grilled pork with white one. Moreover its light sweet, strong taste, crispy and tough combined with sour of pickle papaya or carrot. That mixture will creat a strange taste but hard to forget.

Grilled beef is quite expensive about 280.000 VND/ kg. This price is increased in some festival like Lunar New Year in VietNam.

10. Tre
“Tré” is an indispensable dish in every holiday of Da Nang people. Many people to Da Nang take ‘Tré” as a gift.

“Tré” is extremely easy to eat. Using as a drinking snack is also very delicious. “Tré” is originally delicious, but mixing “Tré” becomes extremely delicious dish.
